After over 23 years and 400 homes, Thistlewood has created some home designs which we know appeal to a wide range of customers. If the time & expense of creating a custom home from scratch is too daunting, or if you have a contractor you want to work with and just need a good design, you may find something that's 'just right' among our Trillium Collection Gallery of Designs.
Our Trillium Collection designs are modifications of actual homes that we have already built as custom designs, and that we know work well.
With the Trillium Collection, you know exactly what the basic enclosure of your home will cost. We have priced these homes at a base price for the frame, plus prices for the most-requested options, such as SIPS panel wall and roof materials. We can also provide a complete package that includes exterior doors, windows, and many other building components.
Each of these designs comes with a full set of standard construction drawings to give to your contractor and municipality, and we can accommodate a certain degree of custom redesign at a modest fee.
