This country-influenced home boasts character, comfort, light and warmth. There is a friendly atmosphere that welcomes all those that enter to sit down, relax, and enjoy the view.

The floor plan has a number of attractive and functional features suitable for retirement or active family living, such as a main floor master bedroom. Other favorite components of this home include vaulted ceilings, a sunken sunroom, a 3-sided gas fireplace and a timber front porch & rear deck. As always, we pay close attention to storage space, and to the bath and kitchen layouts.

Available floor plan variations provide the option of one, two or three bedrooms upstairs, while retaining a dramatic loft open to the great room’s vaulted space.
